Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality and fit of the products we make and if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept notified exchanges for goods in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), with all the labels and in its original package for a full refund or store credit within 15 days of having received it.
Once we receive the garment, we will check it accordingly, and send you an e-mail with the confirmation of the devolution. Then we will proceed to return your payment through the same method you purchased the order.
The sending costs for those items you wish to return will have to be previously paid, unless the garment is defective or incorrect. You may send the package by regular certified mail or with delivery notification.
If you would like to exchange your order for an item that is more expensive than the originally purchased model, the difference will be charged to your credit card after notification.
In case you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We can not cancel an order after it has been given over to our shipping agents.

Step 1: Please get in touch with us by sending us an email at email@example.com, to confirm the return. If you wish to exchange your order for another one, please indicate the details of the exchange, (for example: women's long sleeve shirt, article nr... , size M to women's long sleeve shirt, article nr... ,size L) and if the item requested is still available we will make sure it gets to you.
Step 2: Ship the return package to the address we will share with you in the return confirmation email.
